I’m a post-doc researcher at the Philosophy Department of the University of Amsterdam, supervised by prof. dr. Arianna Betti. I’m also affiliated to the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC), an interdisciplinary research institute that resorts under both the humanities and the science departments at the University of Amsterdam. My research interests are on the application of ontologies in both philosophical and computational senses and on the use of Semantic Web Framework in order to support answering complex questions about a certain domain. Currently I’m investigating how to use the aforementioned methods to integrate several datasets related to the Dutch Golden Age in order to support humanities researchers to answer complex research questions within the project Golden Agents funded by the NWO.
